Elaine Briére

Elaine Briére joins us from Intuit Canada where she spent two years as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Retail Sales. Her responsibilities included extending Intuit's product offering through strategic partnerships, expanding opportunities through national and regional retail partners, launching payment solution partnerships as well as expanding opportunities through financial institutions.

Elaine was also a proud member of Intuit’s Pride Ally program and facilitator of Intuit’s “Leading Inclusively” program.

Prior to joining Intuit, Elaine enjoyed a successful 12 year career at Apple Canada Inc., launching the iPhone and growing the iOS ecosystem through Canada’s national and regional Telcos. Elaine also held a variety of leadership roles within Bell Mobility and Bell Distribution. Elaine is an active leader who encourages an open, safe team environment, embracing belonging, creativity and growth. She is especially passionate about diversity & inclusion in the workplace and giving back to the community. Elaine lives in Mississauga with her husband of 25 years.

Jeff Guthrie

Jeff Guthrie is the former chief sales and marketing officer for Moneris Solutions (Moneris), retiring in December 2019. Over his 19 year career at Moneris, Jeff held a number of senior roles, including chief sales and partnership officer, chief operating officer, and senior vice-president, operations. Moneris grew to become Canada's number one payment processor during his tenure and a leading provider of innovative payment solutions.

Before Moneris, Jeff spent 25 years at RBC Royal Bank in various senior management and executive roles.

Jeff is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association, Sales Advisory Counsel. Formerly he served on North American and Canadian advisory boards for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Mr. Guthrie holds a Masters of Management from McGill University.

Lori O'Neill

FCPA, FCA, ICD.D, CPA

Lori is a corporate director and independent financial consultant. She currently serves as a board member for two publicly traded technology companies, Constellation Software Inc. and Sierra Wireless Inc., and has served as a board member for several private companies, crown corporations, and non-profits for over a decade. Lori actively advises growth companies with strategic transactions, complex financial matters, M&A, public offerings, due diligence.

She previously served over 24 years in leadership of one of the world’s leading professional services firms, including various National partnership roles, with a focus on advising growth companies from start-up to multinationals, supporting complex transactions, private and public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions in Canada and the U.S.

Lori has a Bachelor of Commerce with Highest Honours from Carleton University, and is accredited as a FCPA, FCA (Honor Roll) in Ontario, a CPA in the US, and has the ICD.D designation.

Jeremy Altman

Jeremy is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Paysafe Group. With 18+ years of experience in payments, IT and entertainment companies, Jeremy's expertise includes strategy, corporate M&A, sales & marketing management and business development. Prior to joining Paysafe, Jeremy was Chief Transformation Officer at Oney Trust, leading the post-merger integration of two anti-fraud management companies. Before that, he was VP Sales at SlimPay, a recurring payments fintech in Europe where he recruited and led 30 sales/pre-sales spread over six European offices and in San Francisco.

Before SlimPay, Jeremy was an Investment Officer and then Business Development Manager at Monext, an LBO company he helped to launch out of Experian's electronic payment division in Western Europe, where he was working as an analyst to the President.

Jeremy is a member of the Board of Directors of MTL+Ecommerce, a non-profit organization dedicated to driving the startup culture, fostering innovation & digital education, and facilitating business networking. Jeremy holds an MSc in Management from EMLYON Business School.
