Feedback Methods

Individuals who wish to provide feedback, have comments or suggestions or inquiries on our Accessibility can do so by any of the following ways:

Online

Fill in and submit the online version of our Feedback Form by completing in full and hitting the “Submit” button.

Payment Source will acknowledge receipt of the submission of your feedback form (so long as contact information is provided), and will advise you of any resulting actions taken based on the concerns or feedback submitted.

In-person

You may drop off the attached form to our reception area at our Head Office located at
